The SmallRig x Potato Jet TRIBEX Carbon II is a carbon fiber tripod that provides a stable support for camera rigs weighing up to 6 kg and a maximum working height of 1.7 m ideal for both studio and on-location shooting.

Its innovative X-clutch hydraulic mechanism enables all three legs to extend simultaneously with a single motion for rapid setup. The legs are fitted with interchangeable rubber and spiked feet to provide stability across different surfaces and can support loads of up to 25 kg (55 lb) on their own and the fluid head delivers smooth 360° panning and +90°/-45° tilting.

Designed with travel in mind, the TRIBEX Carbon II is lightweight, durable, and portable, making it an excellent choice for photographers, videographers, and vloggers. Its compact folded size fits into many standard luggage compartments, making it convenient for creators who frequently work on location.

The versatile fluid head accepts either the included Manfrotto 501-style quick release plate or a DJI RS-style quick release plate using a touch-and-go switching mechanism. It provides smooth 360° panning and a +90°/-60° tilt range, while the quick release plate features both 1/4”-20 and 3/8”-16 mounting screws to accommodate a wide range of camera systems. Stepless pan and tilt damping, together with a 4-step plus 0 dynamic counterbalance system, ensures precise camera control for rigs weighing up to 6 kg.

Additionally a detachable pan handle is included,three 1/4”-20 threaded accessory mounting points, a quick-lock center column for fast height adjustments, and an included hex wrench for convenient on-site setup. The entire tripod folds down to 31.1 inches (79 cm) and comes with a carrying bag for easy storage and transport.
